Yep, I do have a sample project here (https://github.com/adrianoalmeida7/neo4j-places-and-people/blob/master/src/main/java/com/ahalmeida/neo4j/persistence/dao/PersonDAONeo4j.java), where you can see that I’m using a DAO to encapsulate things. I’m not using Cypher at this code, however can give you an idea about how it would be.

I do have a Cypher query written on this project, but it is a work in progress (I’m in the middle of a refactor), perhaps will push the changes this weekend.

Let me know if you have any doubts or thougts.
